Located at the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa, V is offering a sumptuous three-course romantic dinner with a chocolate treat per couple and a flower for the lady on February 14, priced at $95 per person.

Completely airconditioned for the comfort of its guests, V offers a contemporary and comfortably cool Fijian dining encounter.

Although an enclosed indoor restaurant, the fresh outdoor feeling of Fiji breathes easily into this modern space courtesy of large generous windows opening out to verdant gardens and the resort's lagoon outside.

V's stunning presentation is complemented by the culinary craftsmanship of V's award winning chefs making it the perfect venue for those with an appreciation for fine food, wine and service.

Sofitel's beach side restaurant Salt is also offering a Valentine's option for those who prefer to dine under the stars.

Salt is the perfect location for lovers, as it is situated between the ocean and the resort's long lagoon pool.

The romantic Salt Sensations candlelit dinner concept is priced at $105 per person, and includes a complimentary glass of sparkling rosé on arrival with a chocolate treat per couple and a flower for the lady.

Limited seating is available, so reservations are essential.

Salt Sensations allows for a more private experience, complete with beautifully decorated tables for two located beachside for the sounds of the ocean lapping the shore and feeling of sand beneath your feet.

Food is specially prepared by award-wining Salt restaurant's chef team and includes choices such as:

* kokoda salad of fresh marinated fish and coconut, with coriander and bush lemon,

* New Zealand lamb cutlets, spiced with green chermoula on hummus with tomato confit and olive oil, and

* decadent desserts including Salt's popular Kaffir lime semifreddo, blackberry sorbet and lemon coconut syrup.
