THREE key Navua soccer players could miss out in the match against Nadroga today in the National Football League.

Rajneel Chand and Parneel Kumar failed to attend training this week while Rajnesh Raju has not fully recovered from an injury.

Navua Football Association secretary Ashwin Chand said players cannot expect to be given game time without attending any training.

He said no player in the squad would be given special treatment and only those who attended training regularly would be considered for games.

"Some players were not turning up for training but were expecting to be in the starting line-up," Chand said.

"But players need to understand that they need to attend training if they want to be considered for games because it will be unfair to those players who attend training regularly but miss out on games."

He said the players were on a high after their 4-0 win over Tavua last weekend and looked forward to facing Nadroga.

"We need to win games to remain in the top eight so that we can feature in the Fiji FACT and Battle of the Giants tournaments.

"So now the mission for the players is to win every game and thats what they will be concentrating on against Nadroga.

"We are not underestimating Nadroga because they managed to hold Lautoka to a draw last weekend and that is a big result for them."

Meanwhile, three vice presidents of the association have resigned and some new appointments were made.

"Raven Prasad and Jiten Kumar are the two new vice presidents while the confirmation of the third position will be made next week."
