Update: 9:41PM HEALTH officials serving in the northern division need to be efficient in service delivery, and have been called on to change their attitudes when dealing with patients and stakeholders.
Touring Minister for Health Dr Neil Sharma also urged all officials to be customer focused and ensure the provision of services to the public remained a priority, and to be provided on a timely basis.
Dr Sharma is touring various nursing stations and health centres in the northern division.
In a government statement issued this afternoon, he warned that discourteous behavior towards patients would not be tolerated.
He added: If we are punctual to work, we will be efficient in our service delivery and we will be able to deliver the outputs for the ministry and ensuring better health service is delivered to the people.
