Man dies in bus accident

Update: 4:19PM A MAN was killed earlier this morning along Bau Road in Nausori after an oncoming bus allegedly hit him.

The 43 year-old was walking along the road when the incident happened.

According to a Police report this morning, the bus driver is currently in police custody and the deceaseds body is at the Wainibokasi mortuary awaiting post mortem.

Once again we are pleading with drivers to be vigilant and cautious at all times, said Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro.
