THE fate of two youths charged with criminal trespass will be known in the Labasa Magistrates Court next Tuesday.

Metuisela Masilago and Iliesa Talatu appeared before Magistrate Sia'iniu Fa'alogo Bull yesterday.

The duo allegedly committed the offence in Labasa last year.

In mitigation, Masilago, who is a serving prisoner, said he was a 21-year-old farmer who earned $20 a week. He sought the court's forgiveness and promised not to reoffend.

Talatu told the court he was a vocational student in a school in Viti Levu. He expressed remorse for his actions and told the court he wanted to continue with his studies this year.
