ABOUT 120 engineers from the Ministry of Works have been repairing schools in the Western Division beginning immediately after Tropical Cyclone Evan hit the country in December last year.

Divisional engineer west, Puamau Usawale said the rehabilitation work was on schedule and to be completed within the given timeframe.

"All repairs to schools given to the Ministry of Works is on schedule, however, we have been faced with some challenges like the availability of funds and suppliers' ability to provide what we need within the specified time," he said.
