Update: 7:16PM MARIST Seahawks successfully defended the womens title of the Uprising Fiji International 7s at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
The defending champions beat Striders 36-0 in the four-team round-robin womens competition.
Seahawks led 22-0 at half-time.
