Daylight saving ends

Nasik Swami
Saturday, January 19, 2013

IT is time for members of the public to turn their time back by an hour from 3am to 2am tomorrow as daylight saving comes to an end.

Minister for Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Jone Usamate said daylight saving would come to an end before term one of school begins on January 21.

Mr Usamate said while there were mixed reactions to the re-introduction of the daylight saving, one of the factors considered was the period of sunlight which could be productively used by the people of Fiji.
