Update: 1:25PM THERE is set to be an increase in gas and fuel prices effective tomorrow, December 15.
This was confirmed by the Attorney-General and Minister for Industry and Trade Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum and chairman of the Commerce Commission Dr Mahendra Reddy this afternoon.
Gas prices will increase by 17 per cent, kerosene will increase by two cents, motor spirit will increase by one and premix will decrease by three cents.
Diesel prices will remain the same, Dr Reddy confirmed.
