A MAN and a juvenile each charged with one count of aggravated robbery and one count of assault appeared at the High Court in Labasa last Friday.
Osea Koli and the juvenile appeared before judge Justice Daniel Goundar.
The duo allegedly committed the offence at Taveuni last year.
Justice Goundar granted bail to the juvenile for the sum of $500 while Mr Koli was remanded and told to seek assistance from the Legal Aid Commission to represent him in court.
Mr Koli was also advised to apply for bail.
The juvenile was ordered to stay with his parents and to report to the Tunuloa Police Post in Cakaudrove every Friday between 6am and 6pm.
Justice Goundar referred the case to the Savusavu Magistrate's Court for trial while the assault case was referred to the Labasa Magistrates Court.
The case was adjourned to February 4 for mention.
