March release for 3G

THE much anticipated film, 3G, which was shot in Fiji will be released worldwide on March 15.

The movie, a project of EROS subsidiary Next Generation films features Bollywood heartthrob Neil Nitin Mukesh and actress Sonal Chauchan.

The official trailer of 3G, a supernatural horror film is also out.

Fiji Films chief executive, Florence Swamy said the movie, soon to be released, re-emphasises that Fiji is a workable place for film productions.

Mrs Swamy said all the movies shot in Fiji were being released one after another, giving Fiji a place in the world of entertainment.

Also, 40 local extras will feature in the film with several of them in speaking roles.

The film was shot in Fiji for 50 days and involved some stunts and spine-chilling sequences.

Some of the film sequences were shot at the luxurious Denarau Island, Suva, Pacific Harbour and Sigatoka Town.

The film is co-directed by Sheershak Anand and Shantanu Ray Chibber.
