ANOTHER kind gesture was portrayed by the Rotary Club of Labasa yesterday after it gave clothing and culinary materials to victims of Tropical Cyclone Evan in Bua.

The items worth about $3000 included blankets, towels, beddings, and eating and cooking utensils. Club community service director Vijendra Harash said the kind act was part of their community outreach program in trying to help victims of natural disasters in the north.

"This is our first donation for 2013 and we look forward to assist more victims so they are able to continue with their normal lives again," Mr Harash said.
