Wednesday, January 02, 2013

ABOUT 20,000 people living in the Western Division turned up and took part in the Punjas Lautoka Gangnam Style Street Party to welcome in 2013 on Monday night. Headlined by the country's premier party band Devine, the New Year's Eve show was an outstanding success according to Lautoka special administrator Praveen Bala. Nadi outfit, Fam Ban led by Vodafone MIC show finalist Marilyn Mataiasi, the Bad Boyz dance crew and Lautoka's own Simla Lost Boys kept the crowd entertained well past the countdown to midnight.

Eight lucky people walked away with return air tickets courtesy of Air Pacific along with hampers and giveaways from various sponsors of the event.
