SHREEDHAR Motors Limited has grown from level to level every year.

And it has ended another year of business with flying colours knowing that it had achieved another milestone compared to previous years. National manager sales and marketing Jagdish Chand said they were happy with the number of units sold this year.

"We faced some difficulties during the year like the shortage of supply from the manufacturers but that didn't affect our sales," Mr Chand said.

He said there was a low in supply in the beginning of this year but it was smooth and consistent after the second half of the year.

"It was an issue of the supplier because of the flooding in Thailand. All other motor vehicle industries were affected by the drop of the supply," Mr Chand said.

"We have recorded a huge sale this year and we are looking forward to 2013 as another year to grow our business," he said.

As he could not disclose the estimated profit, he said they had not recorded a loss in their past financial years.

"We have sold 45 cars this year, which was 15 ahead from last year."

Shreedhar Motors Limited, a private limited liability company, was incorporated in Fiji in 1965.

The principal activity of the company has been the sale and service of Ford and Subaru vehicles, related spare parts and accessories and the operation of service garages, and through its Coachworks Division in the construction of buses and coaches.
