Plans for new hall

THE Fiji National University (FNU) is planning to build a new multipurpose hall at its Lautoka campus.

Announcing the new development for the coming year during the FNU West graduation ceremony in Lautoka, vice-chancellor Dr Ganesh Chand said the new hall would be used for future graduation ceremonies.

"We will build the new multi-purpose hall over 10 acres of land that was recently given to FNU by government and will be built next to the Natabua Primary School compound," said Dr Chand.

Of the 480 graduates, 252 graduated with Higher Education Diplomas in Education (secondary) and 228 graduated with Higher Education Diplomas in Education (primary).
