Aerial survey

Update: 11:56AM A TEAM of government officials is on board a helicopter to conduct an aerial assessment of damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Evan in the Northern Division.

The team, headed by Commissioner Northern Lieutenant Colonel Ilai Moceica, left at 8.30am and is expected to return at 1pm.

Northern Emergency Operations Centre team leader Inoke Dokonivalu said survey teams had also been deployed to affected parts of the division to determine what assistance was needed.
