Update: 10:48AM COMMERCIAL banks in the Central and Eastern divisions would be able to normalise operations today.

This was after the  central bank announced the cancellation of its Bank Holiday notice with effect from today.

He said it would be the call of individual banks on when those branches would be able to provide full services.
