THE Nasinu Town Council will begin its week-long mosquito spraying campaign this month.

Nasinu Town Council's special administrator Mosese Kama said the campaign would cost the council $6000.

He said the council would provide labourers, trucks and other needs to successfully complete the campaign.

"The mosquito spraying is aimed at eradicating the spread of dengue fever by destroying all potential breeding grounds," he said.

Mr Kama said the council would be assisted by the Ministry of Health to provide manpower, machine and chemicals.

He said the campaign would commence once the weather condition improved.
