The package

Saturday, December 08, 2012

The UK Police Fleet has received the capability of a slew of new members. Hyundai was able to get a 'preferred supplier' status issued by the National Association of Police Fleet Managers and will turn the i20, i30, ix35 (known as the Tucson, in most other countries), Santa Fe, and iLoad/ H1 Vans, into street-protecting police cruisers.

Tony Whitehorn, Managing Director of Hyundai UK, said: "Anyone buying a car needs to make sure that they are getting the best possible package for their money. The quality, reliability, resale value and performance of Hyundai vehicles have shone through and they've been given the green light to carry a blue light."

The UK police have chosen the ix35 because it is powerful and spacious enough to replace larger, more expensive off-roaders which have traditionally been the first choice for traffic police.

Ask any shopaholic who knows his or her way around the UK retail shopping dominion and they'll tell you that there's no more exclusive store than Harrods in the UK. Only the most premium of the most premium shops are located in the high-end store and in the event you find your product sitting on one of its shelves—or being used as a window display, as is the case this time—then you know that you've made it to the big leagues. The Hyundai Tucson ix35 was displayed for a week at the Harrods' luxury department store in Knightsbridge, London: a new Hyundai iX35 Tucson.

This goes on to prove the vastly increased "BRAND WORTH' of the stylishly slick, affordable, award-winning and the safety chart topper Hyundai vehicles. IX35 has more Features and better Driving Dynamics

As per, The Hyundai ix35 enhances an already successful compact SUV with more features and better driving dynamics.

The interior is comfortable, easy to get in and out of and all the switches and instruments are placed appropriately throughout the cabin. Around town the ix35 is smooth and easy to navigate with the updated steering system (motor-driven power steering) improving feel and drivability. As far as ride and handling goes, as a daily vehicle it's competent and without issue.

Safety wise, the Hyundai ix35 has received the maximum ANCAP 5 star safety rating and comes standard with six airbags as well as ABS, EBD, ESC and TCS. So you're going to have to do something extraordinary to hurt yourself in one of these things.

Overall, the Hyundai ix35 has been another forward step for the Korean brand with refined steering, more equipment and better ride comfort.
