$7.2m project

Maciu Malo
Saturday, December 08, 2012

ABOUT $7.2million is needed for the dredging of the Nadi and Ba rivers, says Land and Water Resource Management division director Collin Simmons.

After the damage to infrastructure and businesses in these towns during the January and March floods, the department is working hard to dredge rivers.

Mr Simmons said dredging started in October and would continue next year.
