GOLF

Champion versus Champion

THE inaugural National Golf Association of Fiji's Champion versus Champion 54-hole tournament will be from December 1-2. The first 18 holes will be held in Natadola and the final 36 to be played at the Nadi Airport Golf Club. $100 entry fee includes lunch on both days. Those wanting to play 18 holes at NAGC, the entry fee is $20 and includes lunch. Contact: Amitesh Chandra on 9923191.

Ladies

THE Fiji Golf Club Ladies are holding their closing day competition on Tuesday, December 4. It is a 4BBB Individual Stableford Competition. The competition is sponsored by Coca-Cola Amatil (Fiji) Ltd. There are great prizes to be won. Prizes are to be awarded for 1st to 5th places with NTPs on all Par 3s. Registration is at 11am. Tee-off from 12 noon. Prize giving at 5.30pm. Finger food will be served during prize giving. All men are welcome to play. Vunikoro reunion

The Vunikoro rugby club will be holding its reunion 10am tomorrow at Kinoya Village. The reunion will start with a 'soli' in preparation for the new rugby season (2013). The Nadroga Ratu Rakavi Carnival kicks off at Lawaqa Park tomorrow.
