Rookie aims for Dubai win

RA native Vilitati Nadialobo is ready to put his body on the line in a bid to help the national side end the 13-year winless jinx in Dubai next weekend.

The 25-year-old naval officer is one of the seven new players in the squad.

Speaking before the national team's departure to Dubai on Wednesday, Nadialobo said donning the Fiji 7s jumper was a childhood dream. He said he was excited about the trip.

"This is a big opportunity for me. I hope to give my 100 percent. As a youngster it's everyone's dream to play for Fiji. I'm glad that I have the opportunity," he said.
