$15m sweetener

Update: 5:15PM WITH the sugar industry struggling to meet its tonnes of cane to tonnes of sugar ratio, Prime Minister and Minister for Sugar Commodore Voqere Bainimarama has allocated $15million to the industry in the 2013 Budget.

This will assist cane growers and sugar stakeholders in keeping the industry afloat, he said.
