THE Nadi soccer side will miss the services of two key players when they compete in the Pacific Cup today.
The inaugural tournament is the brainchild of the NZ Fiji Football Inc. and Australia Fiji Soccer Association (AFSA).
Ba, Lautoka, Nadi and Labasa are local teams that will feature in the tournament.
Nadi Football Association president Tarun Patel said midfielder Uraia Loki and striker Ratu Josefa Dugucagi are not part of the team. He said they were not able to secure their release from work and the team had roped in four secondary school students.
"Their unavailability is a setback to us but we will give our younger players a chance to get some experience," Patel said.
"The tournament is a high profile one and it will be a good exposure to our young boys as a build up to the 2012/2013 season," he said.
Brothers Viliame and Veresa Toma, Amani Makoe and Vereti Dickson will be some of the experienced players for the tournament.
