Surprise Diwali party

THE Labasa Town Council management treated their staff to a lunch party to celebrate Diwali.

Town special administrator Vijay Chand said the Festival of Lights was not only about eating sweets and lighting diya but also integrating with other races and appreciating one's culture.

The party was held at the Civic Centre building.
