THE National Youth Council is working towards strengthening its structure in an effort to encourage youth participation in all facets of life.

And youths throughout the country have been encouraged to table out issues they face in their respective communities to formulate a plan that would help them in future.

This was made known at the pre-annual general meeting held in Labasa yesterday. Council chairman Usaia Moli said the council planned to formulate a plan designed by the youths to guide them in addressing such issues in future.

"We have already conducted the same meeting in the west and now in the north to encourage youths who are affiliates of the Youth Assembly of the Fiji Islands and the Provincial Youth Council to voice out their opinions for the plan," he said.
