FORMER journalist, and youth and women advocate Vani Catanasiga has been appointed project officer for the Pacific Centre for Peacebuilding's (PCP) Women's Leadership in Peacebuilding program.

She joins PCP from Dialogue Fiji. She has worked for the Ministry of Youth and Sports and The Fiji Times and Daily Post as a journalist. She is active in both women and youth volunteer work, dividing her volunteer efforts between the Bua Urban Youth Network, National Youth Council of Fiji and the National Council of Women.

Meanwhile, Kontiki Growth Fund (KGF) has appointed an additional company secretary.

Current company secretary Griffon Emose confirmed the appointment of Siale Yee in a statement via the South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPSE) yesterday.

Mr Yee will assist Mr Emose in that role.
