Learn yoga by a learned preacher: Swami Vishvang (Paropkarini Sabha) of India. Swami Ji has studied Sanskrit Language and Grammar, Nirukta, Philosophy, Vedas and others

According to Vedas and Swami Ji Yoga is not an exercise. Yoga is defined (in English) as something through which you can see or feel God and Soul. By doing Yoga you can control your mind, brain, body and your senses. Yoga can control one's lifestyle.

By doing Yoga you can be free from tension and depression Swami Ji has started teaching Sanskrit, Sandya, Yajna, Aayurveda (be healthy and free from diseases) and Yoga.

He also does family counseling should you wish to consult him. You are welcome to discuss any issues with Swami Ji only with prior appointment. In this world, Yoga is the only way a human being can live in the right way.

Our first Yoga camp starts soon and other camps will follow in various places around Fiji.
