Mixed foursomes Nadi

THE Srixon Cleveland-sponsored Fiji amateur men's foursomes will be played at Nadi Airport Golf Club over 36 holes on November 25. Registration fees is $50 per team and includes lunch. Entry closes on November 20. Contact west delegate Sanjay Krishna 8338639 or tournament director Munesh Prasad 9994358. Strictly no late entries will be accepted as field limited to 30 teams only.


Provincial Games

ALL those interested in representing their province in the 2012 Provincial Games Netball Tournament on November 23-24 are to contact the Fiji Sports Council on 3312177 or 9928514 for registration.


all present and intending members of the Lomaiviti Sports Club (Lautoka) are to contact Aunty Va or Aunty Ala on off-season netball and volleyball teams. Shine On

THE KBL-sponsored Shine On Netball Tournament will be held on November 17 at the multipurpose courts in Lautoka. Only the first 24 open grade teams to register will qualify. Registration fees: $100 per team. Prizes: Winner $500, runner-up $300, losing semi-finalists $100 each. Men's netball team registration fee: $80. Prizes: Winner $350, runner-up $100. THE Airport Rugby Sevens tournament will be held at Nayally grounds on December 1. Registration fee is $150 and the winner gets $1000. Runners up win $500 while losing semi-finalists get $250 each. Only the first 16 teams will be accommodated. Contact Jeff 9702216 or Simi 9407574.

Kuata 7s

The New Beginning Kuata 7s tournament will be held in Nadroga on December 1. Registration fees is $250 with invitation to 24 teams. Cup prizemoney $2000, runners up $1000, losing semi-finalists $225 each. Prizes also for plate winner, runner-up and losing semi-finalists. Burebasaga District School 7s

THE Burebasaga District School 7s will be held at the school grounds in Rewa on November 30 to December 1. Registration fee is $160 per team and closes on November 26. First 32 teams will be accommodated. Cup winner gets $1200 while the runners-up pocket $500. Other prizes will be at stake as well. CBM Vancouver

THE CBM Vancouver 7s will be held at Ratu Ganilau Park in Savusavu on November 22-24. A total prizemoney of $20,000 is at stake. Registration fees $400 per team. Winner gets $10,000, runners-up $2500. Losing semi-finalists $500 each; plate winner $2000, runner-up $1200, losing semi-finalists $400 each; bowl winner $1000, runner-up $600, shield winner $500 and runner-up $400. THE Lautoka Volleyball Association club games will be held at the multipurpose courts today from 5pm. Teams are requested to be at the venue at 4.30pm.

THE Lami Carnival Volleyball tournament (men's and women) will be held from December 5-8. Games will be held from 3pm to 7pm daily. Registration fee: men $20, women $10 which closes on December 05 at 3pm. Payments are to be made at the Lami Town Council office, Lami. Cash prizes: Men's winner-$300, runner-up $50, losing semi-finalists $25 each; Women's winner $150, runner-up $30, losing semi-finalists $20. Contact 9910883.
