Graham Eden & Associates
Friday, November 09, 2012

Great news! Taste Fiji has been back in business from the beginning of November, 2012. We will once again be offering off—site catering, innovative special occasion and unique wedding cakes, decadent confectioneries and savoury goods.

Additionally Taste Kitchen will open its doors at Eden Plaza at Martintar soon to serve original dishes and beverages with distinct fresh, local flavours throughout the day—convenient location with a pleasant, friendly ambiance. The Taste Kitchen will be the collection point for pre-ordered or last-minute options for entertaining and family meals. Also available to order on-line (www.tastefiji.com) or at the store will be food hampers and attractively packaged food gifts including chocolate truffles, brownies, macaroons and pate.

Taste's philosophy concentrates on quality, creativity, seasonal Fijian ingredients with attention to our customers' individual requirements. To this end our product list will include on request diabetic, vegan, gluten free and other special dietary preferences.

Taste Fiji is the creation of experienced chef Lee Acreman, born and trained in the UK and with work experience in respected restaurants and event caterers around South- West England, London and resorts around the Fiji Islands.

Lee has been a Fiji citizen for several years and has made Nadi his home. His Fiji born wife and business partner, Louise (nee Watson), will focus on service standards, marketing and event management.

Louise worked with Lee in England and has extensive event management and food beverage experience from the South—West, London and the last six years in Fiji. Previously Taste Fiji handled small, private dinner parties, board room lunches, corporate hampers, cocktail parties and off—site catering for large incentive groups with a variety of venues. Because of its central location, the Taste Kitchen will offer individual Tiffin takeaway lunch boxes and have a selection of indulgent, nutritious items for the working professionals.

Enquiries can be sent via e mail and orders will also be accepted on line while the Taste Fiji website will be up and running by November.
