It is popular with overseas visitors and a offers quiet getaway for those living in Fiji to enjoy one of Fiji's best kept secrets.

Guests are taken back to a time when Fiji was still under colonial rule. The restaurant has been designed in the quality grand old style of yesteryear but with a distinctive Fijian flair. Guests enter the restaurant through two large solid wooden doors and are then transported back into colonial times. A great amount of time and effort has gone into the design, decor and presentation of plantation.

Most ingredients are predominantly grown in the resorts hydroponic farm which provides fruit, vegetables and herbs often hand—picked prior to creating the most stunning food. What isn't produced by the resort is sourced from local vendors, including some of the most delicious Fijian seafood available. This Contemporary Fijian Fine Dining fusion, is an experience not to be missed.
