This is the 1943 Greenfield Club from the Suva Football Association's senior division competition.
One Pratap Chandra, from San Francisco, originally from Suva, and an avid reader of The Fiji Times online, sent this photo.
The club was made up mostly of players from the Howell Rd area.
"This is a very old picture kept firstly by my dad (Lal Bahadur standing in the picture) who passed away so I took care of this for almost three decades and want to share with readers of The Fiji Times after reading about the 1975 picture of the Navua team," Chandra said.
"Most of the members in the picture are no longer with us. I met C Gopal (front row) in Canada in July this year. He is 70 plus."
