STAFF of the iTaukei Land Trust Board gathered with other stakeholders at the Warwick Hotel in Nadroga last Monday for the start of the TLTB's Strategic Corporate Plan 2013-2015 workshop.
The three-day workshop aimed to review this year's performance and forecast an operating budget for next year.
TLTB general manager Alipate Qetaki said the workshop also analysed the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation.
"Particularly this is a good opportunity to hear out all these other stakeholders, those who we work with on a day-to-day basis," he said.
