CHRISTMAS arrived early for members of the Holy Family Catholic Women's League in Labasa after they treated themselves to a feast yesterday in appreciation of their valuable contribution and hard work towards the development of the association this year.
The event also saw the re-election of their league president Selina Lee Wah for a term of three more years.
Mrs Lee Wah said they decided to get together and celebrate in a big way before the festive season because members would visit other places for their Christmas holidays.
"This is the time we are together and it's only proper we organise something for ourselves to recognise the good work we have accomplished so far," she said.
Mrs Lee Wah said she was ready to lead the women into another positive dimension and fulfil all her obligations as a leader.
