THE Ba Town Council looks forward to the limitless possibilities presented through its sister-city relationship with Jiaxing City of Zhejiang Province, China.
A six-member delegation from Jiaxing City was in Ba last weekend and Ba Town Council special administrator Arun Prasad said he expected the relationship between two different countries to strengthen.
"And we truly hope that the Jiaxing City of China will be good partners with our municipal council for years to come," said Mr Prasad.
"We would like to see that this sister-city relationship will continue for more generations and I believe with our joint efforts and active participation of our people from all walks of life."
He said Jiaxing and Ba would carry out exchanges and co-operation in various fields such as tourism, agriculture trade, economy, education and culture.
