THE students of Harlen Hostel of the Gospel School for the Deaf and the Hilton Special School were treated to the first showing of the contemporary dance LIFE by Oceania Dance Theatre at a free matinee yesterday before the gala world premier tonight.

LIFE, a journey through dance that utilises projections, spoken word, live music and theatre to weave together an artistic picture that shares intimate moments of one's life is written and choreographed by Peter Rockford Espiritu.

"It was a very thrilling performance. The children were excited coming in to watch the show and having witnessed it, their reaction is beyond words," Hilton Special School teacher Jemesa Korovulavula said.

"It was encouraging to have the children from these two schools included."
