KOAST Guard successfully defended the Bula Travel Tours men's challenge in the Nadroga Volleyball Association club competition at Lawaqa courts on Saturday.
The holders defeated Frendz Two by two sets to one to win $100 cash prize and retain the challenge title for another week.
The teams were locked 1-all before Koast Guard fired home the winner in the third set to maintain its dominance in the club games.
In the Quality Rentals women's challenge match, Pixie Katz defeated Korolevu 2-1 to retain the title and win $100 cash prize.
Club competition organising committee member Judy Kumar said it was encouraging to see a large number of supporters backing the revival of the sport in Nadroga.
"It was very exciting to see lot of fans coming to support the netball and volleyball at Lawaqa," he said.
"Nadroga volleyball has been very keen on developing new talents to don Fiji jersey in future."
