THE Constitution Commission, as part of its consultation and dialogue process, will conduct a public seminar on the electoral reforms.
Commission executive secretary Keshwa Reddy said a panel of experts would discuss the experiences associated with the alternative voting system.
He said this would establish a fair system of voting so that the interests and wishes of the people are represented via free, fair and honest elections. Today's seminar, held in conjunction with the University of the South Pacific, is at the AusAID Lecture Theatre at Laucala from 6pm to 8pm.
