Missing Chris?
She is said to be putting her relationship with Chris Brown on hold until she finishes her new album.
But it seems that Rihanna is already missing the R&B star since spending considerable time with him at the start of this month. The 24-year-old popstar cut a downcast figure as she headed into a Los Angeles recording studio alone on Tuesday night.
Rihanna and Chris have not been seen together for just under two weeks after being spotted cuddling up to one another at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn in New York at the beginning of October. Chris has since split up with his girlfriend Karreuche Tran, seemingly to make way for his relationship with Rihanna.
A source told gossip site HollywoodLife: 'She is hitting the studio real hard these days, but talks to Chris every step of the way.
As soon as she finishes up with this album, they will be out. She's gotta focus and get that album together and stay paid.
'She's tied up and busy with the album, but she makes time for Chris late nights. She did one night before - I think, like, Tuesday. I'm not sure but I know she saw him this week.'
Several eyebrows have been raised since Rihanna has seemingly chosen to rekindle her 'friendship' with Chris following his vicious assault on her in 2009.
But the songstress recent;y defended her decision to spend time with the R&B star in a new interview for the November issue of Vogue, in which she also poses in a stunning photo shoot, captured by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz. In her accompanying interview with the fashion bible she explains that outsiders have not yet seen how her relationship with Chris has changed since that fateful day three years ago.
'The world hasn't let go. They haven't seen any progress in our friendship, because they don't see anything,' she said.
'But they're not on the inside. They can't see what I see, unless they're sitting in my point of view. I guess I'll learn to accept that."

More people watch the Superbowl halftime show than the game itself.
And next year will see Beyonce take on the prestigious role, which this year saw Madonna watched by more than 114million viewers.
A source from the Super Bowl XLVII told The Associated Press the Grammy-winning diva will take the stage at the halftime show on February 3 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.
Beyonce, whose pop and R&B hits include Crazy in Love, 'Irreplaceable and Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It), has won 16 Grammy Awards.
Madonna performed at halftime at this year's Super Bowl in February with guests CeeLo Green, Nicki Minaj, LMFAO and M.I.A seen by 114 million people, a higher average than the game itself, which was seen by an estimated 111.3 million people.
