TWO of 15 Asians facing charges of gaming without a licence and engaging in business without a permit appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court yesterday without a surety.
Magistrate Yohan Liyanage ordered Huang Dong and Kelly Zhu on Thursday to attend court with their travel documents and surety. However, they appeared in court without the documents.
They were told to present their passports to the court upon return from medical treatment in Australia.
Mr Dong and Mr Zhu were released on $1500 bail and ordered to provide the court with surety.
They were given until October 31 to find sureties and prepare travel documents.
