Health is a dynamic condition that represents a range of physical, emotional or mental states.

Here are some pointers to healthy living:

Have a well ventilated room to allow fresh air in

Beddings to be put out in sunlight every second day

Get out of your house daily fresh air

Do breathing exercise: 3 Times Daily= 40 Deep Breaths

Keep your arms and legs as warm as the rest of the body

Whenever possible take sunbaths twice each week

Take 2 warm baths each week

Drink 2L of waters between meals: 1 cup every 20 minutes

Eat lot of fruits, vegetables, nut grains

Eat foods only after 5-6 hours between meals

Chew your food thoroughly. Digestion begins in the mouth

Use honey, dates and other fruits for sweetenings

In place of fatty oils, use olive oils or extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil

Eat heavy meals for breakfast, lunch but for dinner have a smoothie

Take a walk after meals and breathe deeply

Eat for strength, have 1 serve of food

Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it Holy

Grow your own vegetables and fruits

Exercise three times a day
