A 21-YEAR-OLD man has admitted a charge of indecent assault before the Suva Magistrates Court.
The man appeared before Magistrate Yohan Liyanage and swore he was pleading guilty on his own free will.
On October 13, the man indecently assaulted a girl in Suva while he was drunk.
In mitigation, he said he wanted to reconcile with the complainant.
Magistrate Liyanage told him that he had to pay a bond for his bail.
He told the man to follow court orders and surrender his travel documents.
The matter has been adjourned to October 29.
