FLYING Fijians head coach Inoke Male has once again reminded players on the topic of self-discipline.
The Flying Fijians and the Fiji Warriors side marched into camp yesterday to prepare for the Northern Tour and the Pacific Rugby Cup respectively.
After the two-day camp last week Male said the requirements of the players in the camp were discipline and attitude.
"First and foremost, discipline and attitude of being a top provincial player being groomed to become an asset of Fiji rugby," Male said at last week's camp.
He said the response of players after the camp was the main test of character.
"If you are selected and didn't attempt or make an effort to make a call, it gives me a clear picture of what kind of person you are," he said.
He said rugby had core values — respect, sportsmanship, discipline and teamwork and players must show that.
Male said the PRC was very important as it was a build-up to the Europe Tour.
"First the IRB standings and we really need sponsors. And the Flying Fijians really need to improve every time we play, whether it's a test or PRC," he said.
