THE tourism industry is growing in Labasa, says Labasa Tourism Committee chairman Paul Jaduram.
Although Labasa has not offered much for tourism over the past years, Mr Jaduram is adamant that the players in the industry will turn the mostly local hotel occupants to international occupants.
"The industry has a lot to offer and we are working on that. The visit by 80 tourists on board the Captain Cook Cruises today has been another opportunity for us to showcase Labasa."
