THE Vodafone Festival of the Friendly North 2012 committee organised a thanksgiving dinner last week in appreciation for a successful week-long carnival held in August.
The event, attended by sponsors, contestants, guests and family members, featured entertainment, dinner and cocktails. Committee chairman Mohammed Yasin conveyed his gratitude to all those who attended and also the public for their tremendous support.
