THE Water Authority of Fiji attended to the concerns of 252 customers in the Western Division last week.

WAF head of communications Fulori Turaga said WAF staff from Ba, Lautoka and Nadi went to each household conducting its community service by asking each customer if they had any problem with the authority's service delivery or any complaint about their water bill.

"The customers were very satisfied with the initiative while others complained of high bills and leakages not being repaired on time," she said.

Ms Turaga said all grievances related to customer service were resolved on the same day while the rest were lodged in the Water Management System to be resolved by the authority's production team.
