Lautoka Men's and Mixed

THE trials for the IDC will be held today at the Multi-Purpose Courts at 5pm. Only those players that attend trials will be considered for the championship. Contact Phoebe on 9298520.

Coral Coast

THE Quality Rentals Coral Coast Netball 7s tournament will be held on October 20th at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka. Only First 16 teams will be accepted and Registration fee is $60 to be paid by October 16th. Winner $500, runner-up $250 and losing semi-finalists $100 each, best player $50. Navosa

A NETBALL tournament will be held on October 9-10 at Draiba Village grounds in Navosa. Registration fee is $50 per team. First 24 teams will be accepted. This is to fundraise and build a multi-purpose court at Draiba Village. Winner gets $500; runner-up gets $100; and losing semi-finalists $50 each. Contact Judy Kumar 9949410 or 6502123.

Shine On

Suva Men's and Mixed

THE trials for the Suva Men's and Mixed Netball will be held at the USP Gym tomorrow from 7pm to 9pm. All interested players are welcome to attend. The Fiji Men's and Mixed Netball IDC will be held on Saturday October 27 in Suva. Contact Gabby on 9344826.

Tailevu Men's and Mixed

ALL the Tailevu Men's and Mixed Netball Association players please note that the training has started at the Sila Central High School Multi-Purpose Courts from 5.30pm to 7.30pm daily. Please be prompt as we have limited time for our training. FMMNA IDC is scheduled for October 27.

Ba Provincial Adi Salusalu 7s

Nabasovi District 7s

THE Dere Bay Nabasovi District School 7s and netball tournament will be held on October 5-6 at the school grounds in Nasau, Koro. Registration fees is $150 and first 32 teams to pay will be accepted. THE Nabua Rugby Club will organise a 7s tournament on October 10 at the Ratu Sukuna Memorial School Grounds. The first 16 teams to pay registration fee of $150 will be accommodated. Winner gets $1000, runner-up get $400, plate winner gets $150 and plate runner-up gets $50. Registration closes on October 8. THE tournament will be held on October 12, 2012 at Viria District School ground with the entry fee of $100.00 per team and only the first 24 teams will be accepted. Winner will get $1,000.00. Wairiki

THE 2012 Fiji Bitter-sponsored tournament will be held at the Wairiki ground in Taveuni on November 30 and December 1. Winner gets $5000.

ALL women who wish to represent the Lautoka senior and under-15 teams at the Bargain Box/Bargain World Inter-District competition are to attend training daily from 4.30pm at Churchill Park.

Nadi

THE National Diwali Snooker Cup tournament will be held at the Nadi Sports Club on November 3-4. Entry fee is $20. Winner gets $200 and Diwali Cup, runner-up gets $100, semi-finalist $50 each. VOLLEYBALL

Cuvu

THE Cuvu Volleyball Association will hold its volleyball knockout competition on Saturday, October 6 at the Cuvu College Hard Courts.

The men's winner will walk away with $300 and Cakau Trophy while the runner-up gets $200 and the best players gets dinner at the Outrigger Hotel.

The women's winner will walk away with $150 plus Cakau Trophy, runner-up gets $100 and the best player gets dinner at Outrigger Hotel. Affiliation fee is $20 for the 2012/2013 season. Teams along the Coral Coast who are interested can contact Jerry Cakau on 8648875 or Jella Botei on 8648981.

Registration and draws will be done and closed at the Cuvu ground on the date of the tournament.

Frendz

INTERESTED players are to attend training at Kedrakulu grounds from 4pm. There will be two categories — under-23 and open men's. Final trials will be held today at Lawaqa from 4pm to 6pm. All players are to pay $2 player registration fee before the trials. Contact Judy on 9949410 or 6502123.
