THE High Court in Suva has granted permission for All Nations Fellowship general superintendent Pastor Epeli Ratabaca to travel overseas.
Mr Ratabaca appeared before High Court judge Justice Paul Madigan yesterday.
Justice Madigan made the decision after a submission from Mr Ratabacaca's lawyer, Filimoni Vosarogo, who said his client planned to leave the country on Saturday.
Mr Ratabacaca will attend a church conference in Australia which will be held from October 9 to 16.
His trial proper will start on November 1.
Mr Ratabacaca faces two counts of rape and one count of indecent assault.
