FIJICARE Insurance Limited announced the resignation of director Ross Porter yesterday effective September 30.
The announcement through the South Pacific Stock Exchange cited personal reasons for Mr Porter's decision to leave.
The board of directors thanked Mr Porter for his immense contribution during his tenure and wished him well in his endeavours.
At the company's annual general meeting last year, shareholders approved a number of appointments including Mr Porter's re-election as director.
The company made the announcement in accordance with the continuing Listing Rules of the SPSE.
