A MAN charged with two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder has been remanded in custody until October 9.
Jagan Nath appeared before Magistrate Tomasi Bainivalu yesterday in the Labasa Magistrates Court.
The magistrate ordered that Mr Nath be kept in custody and for the Prison Officer in-charge to allow him to arrange for a lawyer. Mr Nath has yet to take a plea.
